End User License Agreement

Private Application: This End User License Agreement applies to Aurora Assistant, a private application not available for public use. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to Aurora Assistant ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Aurora Assistant is a private AI-powered assistant that integrates with QuickBooks Online to help with bookkeeping tasks, financial analysis, and accounting workflows. The Application is developed and maintained by Major Impact for internal business use.

3. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Major Impact grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for your internal business purposes.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Share access credentials with unauthorized parties
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Application
Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
Resell or redistribute access to the Application

5. Data Access and Security

By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize the Application to access your financial data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own QuickBooks credentials.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MAJOR IMPACT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

The Application is an AI-powered assistant and may make errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any financial information, transactions, or recommendations before acting on them.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAJOR IMPACT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

8. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by disconnecting your QuickBooks account from the Application. Major Impact may terminate or suspend access to the Application at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to This Agreement

Major Impact reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
